Refund policy
All products sold at Wag Worthy Shop are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is produced to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shopwagworthyshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. You will not need to return the item.
Wrong Size
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selections. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering. If you believe there is a manufacturing sizing error (the item does not match the size chart), contact us with measurements and photos and we will treat it as a defect.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, as production begins shortly after your order is received. Please contact us immediately at shopwagworthyshop@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. Since our items are custom-made, refunds for EU cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at shopwagworthyshop@gmail.com.
