Shipping policy
All Wag Worthy Shop products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is produced to order, please allow for the following estimated timeframes:
Production Time Most items are produced within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Transit Time Once your item has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time Combining production and shipping, most US orders arrive within 5-12 business days from the date your order is placed.
Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Delays While we strive to meet the estimated timeframes above, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
International Orders International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at shopwagworthyshop@gmail.com within 14 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
